DDP packages marked as Returned to Sender may not always make it back to the US due to foreign postal service and customs requirements. In these cases, it will most likely have been sent to an abandonment center to be destroyed.
However, there are cases where we do receive DDP packages back that were marked as RTS. These are mostly parcels that were bound for Canada and Australia. We ship these packages back to our brand partner warehouses/3PLs on a quarterly basis. Should you have any questions about why a parcel may have been marked as returned to sender, please get in touch with us at partners@passportshipping.com.
