It can sometimes take a few days for our delivery partners to scan and track all packages.
Sometimes a scan can be missed and it may make it look like your package has not moved for several days, even if it is still on its way. Luckily, in most cases, the situation resolves itself within a few days.
If no movement has occurred within 5 business days of the expected estimated delivery date, please get in touch with our customer experience team at help@passportshipping.com and we'll immediately look into the matter!
